November Pack Meeting

This years Scouting for Food efforts yielded about 25% less than last year so the pack has decided to do one additional dry goods food collection for Project Just Because. If you are able, please help your scout collect some dry goods that could be used for a Thanksgiving Dinner that can be donated to PJB. They can be any food items if you don't have Thanksgiving specific items, but we want to help the food pantry stock their shelves for the winter! This is a simple way the scouts can help to be a good local citizen. 

We will have a special guest join us who will help the scouts increase their global awareness so they can be good global citizens, both today and in the future.


Den Responsibilities
Den 2 Set up
  • Move any tables, chairs as necessary.
  • Set out trash barrel.
  • Put up any necessary sign ins, posters.
  • Help set up any equipment, set up Info table, etc.
6:30pm - 6:45pm
Den 9 Greeters
  • Greet Scouts/Parents "Good Evening, Welcome to our Pack meeting." 
  • Give any specific instructions (sign ups, etc.).
  • Hand out Newsletters to Scouts/Parents.
6:30pm - 6:45pm
Dens 7 & 12 Flag Bearers (Enter)
  • Take flags out of closet and assemble.
  • Den Leader will call orders.
  • Scouts bring flags in, 
  • Lead Pledge of Allegiance, 
  • Sing song.
6:45pm - 7:00pm
    Den 1 Song/Skit
    • First Den will prepare a song and/or skit for the Pack that has to do with the theme for the month. 
    • The second Den can provide a more entertaining skit, or may do one that has to do with the theme. 
    • Den Leader to provide guidance to boys and prepare in Den Meeting.
    7:15pm - 7:30pm 
    Dens 10 & 11 Flag Bearers (Exit)
    • Den Leader will call orders.
    • Scouts retire flags.
    • Put flags and flag stands away in the closet.
    7:45pm - 8:00pm
    Dens 5 & 6 Clean up
    • Sweep the hall floor.
    • Take out trash.
    • Check bathrooms to ensure they are clean, flushed, no trash.
    • Put any tables chairs out (if necessary).
    • Ensure hall is in excellent shape before leaving.
    8:00pm - 8:15pm
